Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.
Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum.

"I love the rep tights they are super comfortable and feel really firm like compression tights but without being over the top! I prefer these for my heavy training days at the gym. I like the 7/8 length but they are pretty long on me at 164cm, they only leave a little gap of leg at the bottom. The only thing I would advise is to make sure you find the right size as the seam that wraps around the inner thigh can dig in if they are too small other than that they are fab!"

"I love these leggings! Purchasing my second pair after years because I bought these exact leggings during Covid it lasted me 5 years. The quality is thick and waist area is double banded so they do not roll down at all when running, dancing or doing a leg day at the gym. Would recommend purchasing Caveat is that after a couple of years the logo on the side lower calf did start peeling off but I got the black on black so it didn’t bother me but maybe it’s been reformulated now."
