Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum.

"I thought I already loved my LSKD gear, but these leggings are next level. Took them out for their first run and full stretch today, and the hem and waistband didn't move an inch! They are super supportive, perfectly compressive, and thick enough for colder day while remaining silky smooth and lint-free. Plus, they are completely true to size."
