LSKD is proud to welcome an absolute legend to the team - seven-time CrossFit Games champion, Olympic athlete, and all-around powerhouse, Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr.
Tia’s dominance in the world of functional fitness is unmatched. From becoming the most decorated athlete in CrossFit Games history to excelling in Olympic weightlifting, bobsleigh, and now HYROX, she is the definition of what it means to be 1% better every day. Her mindset, resilience, and passion for progress align perfectly with LSKD’s mission.
This partnership isn’t just about high-performance apparel - it’s about community, empowerment, and pushing boundaries. Tia first connected with LSKD at the 2022 Torian Pro, drawn to the brand’s commitment to innovation and performance-driven gear.
“Their commitment to creating gear that performs as hard as the people wearing it really resonates with me,” Tia says. “As an athlete, I value brands that prioritise quality, integrity, and pushing the limits. LSKD’s mission aligns with my own—striving to be the best while elevating those around me.”
LSKD Founder & CEO Jason Daniel knows firsthand the fire that fuels Tia’s journey. “Bringing someone like Tia-Clair on board is a huge moment for us,” Jason shares. "I was lucky enough to work out with her over a year ago, I was incredibly inspired by her values alignment, passion for learning, and love of reading. Her drive to constantly push limits and redefine what’s possible really aligns with everything we stand for. Her mindset and work ethic are next level, and we’re pumped to see how she’ll challenge us and inspire the LSKD community.”
Raised in Weipa, Queensland, Tia’s relentless drive and determination have taken her from humble beginnings to becoming a global force in fitness. With seven CrossFit Games championships, an Olympic appearance, and a Commonwealth Games gold medal, Tia is a true powerhouse in every sense.
Her journey began with a passion for running and netball, but everything changed when she discovered CrossFit in 2013. Just two years later, Tia stunned the world by finishing second at the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games as a rookie, earning the title of Rookie of the Year. She solidified her place among the elite with another second-place finish in 2016, proving her dominance in the sport.
Beyond CrossFit, Tia has made waves in multiple disciplines. In 2016, she became Australia’s top-ranked female weightlifter, earning a spot in the Rio Olympics. Tia placed 14th in the 58-kg category, lifting impressive totals, including a 82 kg snatch and 107 kg clean-and-jerk. In 2018, she secured a gold medal in Olympic weightlifting at the Commonwealth Games.
Tia’s versatility extends even further. In 2022, she qualified Australia for the two-man bobsleigh at the Winter Olympics in Beijing. She constantly rises to the occasion, embracing new challenges and excelling in them.
Most recently, in 2024, Tia entered the world of HYROX, a global fitness racing competition combining running and functional fitness. Tia’s natural competitiveness and ability to push limits made her a perfect fit for this high-intensity sport. Whether she’s carrying sandbags, crushing sled pushes, or tackling long runs, Tia continues to redefine what’s possible in every arena she steps into.
Off the competition floor, Tia is committed to empowering others. She is a mother and the owner of PRVN Fitness, an online training platform, and PRVN Nashville, an affiliate gym she runs with her husband and coach, Shane Orr. Together, they’ve cultivated a community dedicated to discipline, resilience, and achieving big goals.
Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr’s impact goes far beyond her medals. Her drive, humility, and passion for helping others make her a true champion - both in sport and in life.
Her next chapter with LSKD is set to be nothing short of game-changing. Together, we’re ready to push boundaries, redefine limits, and inspire the next generation of athletes.
Welcome to the team, Tia!
